दाहिने हाथ में जल लेकर निम्न संदर्भ का उच्चारण करें -
अस्याः श्री ब्रह्मास्त्र विद्या बगलामुख्या नारद ऋषये नमः शिरसि । त्रिष्टुप् छन्दसे नमो मुखे। श्री बगलामुखी देवतायै नमो हृदये। ह्रीं बीजाय नमो गुह्ये। स्वाहा शक्तये नमः पादयोः।
ॐ नमः सर्वांगे श्री बगलामुखी-देवता-प्रसाद सिद्धयर्थे न्यासे विनियोगः ।।
आवाहन
ॐ ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं बगलामुखी सर्व दुष्टानां मुख स्तम्भिनि सकल-मनोहारिणि अम्बिके इहागच्छ सन्निधिं कुरु सर्वार्थ साधय साधय स्वाहा।।
ध्यान
ॐ सौवर्णासनसंस्थितां त्रिनयनां पीतांशुको ल्लासिनीं हेमाभांगरुचिं शशांकमुकुटा सच्चम्पकस्रग्युताम् । हस्तैर्मुद्गरपाशवज रशनाः संविभ्भ्रतीं भूषणै। व्र्व्याप्तागीं बगलामुखीं त्रिजगतां संस्तम्भिनीं चिन्तयेत् ।।
१० मंत्र
ॐ ह्रीं बगलामुखि, सर्वदुष्टानां वाचं मुखं पदं स्तम्भय जिह्वां कीलय बुद्धिं विनाशय ह्रीं ॐ फट् ।।
वस्तुतः इस छत्तीस अक्षरों वाले मंत्र में गजब की शक्ति और प्रभाव है, जो कि विश्व में अन्यतम है, इसका एक लाख या पांच लाख मंत्र जप कर इसे सिद्ध कर लिया जाता है, और फिर पुरश्चरण के लिए चम्पक कुसुम से दशांश यज्ञ, तथा इसका दशांश तर्पण करना चाहिए।
- Viniyoga (Allocation): Take water in the right hand and recite the following context - To Sage Narada of this Shri Brahmastra-Vidya Baglamukhi: obeisance to the head. To the Trishtubha meter: obeisance to the mouth. To the deity Shri Baglamukhi: obeisance to the heart. To the Hrim seed: obeisance to the secret part. To Svaha the power: obeisance to the feet. Om obeisance to the whole body, allocation for the attainment of the grace of Shri Baglamukhi deity.
- Avahana (Invocation): Om Aim Hrim Shrim Baglamukhi, paralyzer of the mouth of all wicked, all-charming, O Mother, come here, remain close, accomplish all purposes, accomplish, Svaha.
- Dhyana (Meditation): I meditate on Baglamukhi, who is seated on a golden throne, three-eyed, shining in yellow garments, radiating golden brilliance, with a moon-crested crown, adorned with a necklace of Champaka flowers, holding a club, noose, thunderbolt, and a girdle in her hands, embellished with ornaments, whose body is radiant, and who paralyzes the three worlds.
- Mantra: Om Hrim Baglamukhi, paralyze the speech, mouth, and feet of all the wicked, nail their tongues, destroy their intelligence, Hrim Om Phat.
- Actual: Indeed, this thirty-six letter mantra possesses marvelous power and effect, which is unparalleled in the world. It is perfected by chanting it one lakh or five lakh times, and then for the Purashcharana (completing the ritual), a tenth part sacrificial fire (Yajna) should be performed with Champaka flowers, and a tenth part libation (Tarpana) should be offered.
बगलामुखी साधना
भगवती बगलामुखी की साधना यद्यपि शत्रुनाश हेतु स्वयंसिद्ध है किंतु स्वयं भगवती का यह स्वरूप उनके मूल स्वरूप की ही भांति सह व स्निग्ध है। बगलामुखी भयास्पद देवी नहीं अपितु पीताम्बर पट धारी भगवान श्री मन्नारायण की ही अभिन्न 'पीताम्बरी' है यही उनकी इस उपमा का रहस्य है। यद्यपि प्रभाव में उनके समान तीव्र कोई अन्य महाविद्या साधना भी नहीं है।
बगलामुखी देवी का स्वरूप ही दस महाविद्याओं में सबसे निराला है, त्रिनेत्री देवी अपने हाथ में मुग्दर, वज्र, पाश और शत्रु की जीभ लिए तीव्रतम रूप में तीनों लोकों को स्तम्भित कर देने वाला स्वरूप है।
ऐसा तीव्र स्वरूप और इस तीव्र स्वरूप में सोलह शक्तियां समाहित हैं, ये 16 शक्तियां है --
1. मंगला,
2. स्तम्भिनी,
5. वश्या,
6. बलाय,
9. कल्मषा
10. धात्री,
13. भ्रामिका,
14. मन्दगमना,
3. जृम्भिणी,
7. अचलाय,
11. कलना,
15. भोगस्था एवं
4. मोहिनी,
8. भूधरा,
12. कालाकर्षिणी,
16. भाविका।
यह तीव्र साधना विशेष उद्देश्य की पूर्ति हेतु की जानी चाहिए, ऊपर लिखे जो चार दोष हैं, उनके निवारण हेतु विशेष संकल्प लेकर यह प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
कई सामान्य साधक, जिन्हें पूजन विधि का पूर्ण ज्ञान नहीं होता, उनसे साधना में गलतियां हो सकती हैं, अतः शास्त्रों में विधान है, कि यदि पहले गुरु पूजन कर साधना की जाए, तो कोई साधनात्मक दोष नहीं रहता।
बगलामुखी साधना किसी भी रविवार को प्रातः प्रारम्भ करें।
- Bagalamukhi Sadhana
- Although the worship of Bhagwati Bagalamukhi is self-proven for the destruction of enemies, this form of the goddess herself is gentle and affectionate, just like her original form. Bagalamukhi is not a fearful goddess, but rather the inseparable 'Pitambari' of Lord Shrimannarayan wearing yellow clothes; this is the secret of this analogy. Although in effect, no other Mahavidya sadhana is as intense as hers.
- The form of Goddess Bagalamukhi is the most unique among the ten Mahavidyas; the three-eyed goddess holding a mace, thunderbolt, noose, and the tongue of an enemy in her hand, in her most intense form, has a form that immobilizes the three worlds.
- Such an intense form and in this intense form sixteen powers are incorporated, these are the 16 powers --
- Mangala, 2. Stambhini, 3. Jrimbhini, 4. Mohini, 5. Vashya, 6. Balay, 7. Achalay, 8. Bhudhara, 9. Kalmasha, 10. Dhatri, 11. Kalana, 12. Kalakarshini, 13. Bhramika, 14. Mandagamana, 15. Bhogastha and 16. Bhavika.
- This intense sadhana should be done for the fulfillment of a specific purpose, this experiment should be done by taking a special pledge to remove the four defects written above.
- Many ordinary practitioners, who do not have full knowledge of the worship method, can make mistakes in the sadhana, therefore it is ordained in the scriptures that if the sadhana is done after first worshipping the Guru, there is no sadhnatmak defect.
- Start Bagalamukhi sadhana on any Sunday morning.
