The persons who accomplish Dhumavati are too less. This Mahavidya is said to be a great demolisher of enemies. This Dhumavati Mahavidya Sadhana is observed for the demolition of enemies only.अनुक्तकल्पे यन्त्रं तु लिखेत पद्दद्लाष्टकम् ।षट्कोण-कर्णिक तत्र वेदद्वारोपशोभितम् ॥There are many practises of the Sadhana of this Mahavidya. Charpat Bhanjan Sadhak is said to be the highest ranked Sadhak among them. Charpat Bhanjan is also called charpatnath or Charpatinath. In his life Charpatnath practised a lot on Dhumavati Sadhana. He was the person who sainted the spell of Dhumavati Mahavidya. He could win the period and it is also said that he could change himself to any element whether it is huge or fine like human, birds and animal etc.About 750 to 800 years ago this Sadhak, to change the concept, wrote some texts in which Mystry of Dhumavati Mahavidya, Dhumawatisaparya, and Dhumawati Pooja are included. In secret tantric monasteries, those books are preserved.
